Welcome to YaYaExplore. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

The service is designed for children aged 3–8 and their parents, and provides AI-powered species identification, nature encyclopaedia stories, voice-cloned storytelling, and a collection feature.

2. Account Registration

· You must register with a valid email address or phone number.

· You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. All actions taken under your account are deemed to be your own.

· Because the service involves minors, registration must be completed by a parent or guardian who will supervise use.

3. Acceptable Use

· You must not upload images or text that violate any law or regulation, or that contain pornographic, violent, or politically sensitive content.

· You must not use the service for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reselling identification results or stories.

· You must not attempt to decompile, scrape, or stress-test the service.

4. Intellectual Property

· All UI elements, copy, icons, and AI prompts in the service are owned by YaYaExplore.

· AI-generated stories and artwork may be used, printed, and shared freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

· Photos you take remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to complete identification.

5. Paid Services

· Subscriptions are available in three tiers: Free, Lite ($1.49/month or $9.99/year), and PRO ($2.99/month or $19.99/year).

· Top-up packs: one-time purchases of 5 / 20 / 50 AI artwork credits at $0.99 / $2.99 / $5.99 respectively. Credits never expire and are counted separately from subscription allowances.

· Auto-renewing subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your system subscription settings. Payments already made are non-refundable.

· On iOS, purchases are processed through the App Store; on Android, through the relevant channel (Huawei / WeChat Pay / Alipay).

6. Changes & Termination

· We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable advance notice where practicable.

· We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

· AI identification results are for reference only and do not constitute professional verification. Do not eat or approach unknown plants or animals based solely on these results.

· We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China for users in China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of business.

For users outside China, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules in San Francisco, CA.
